Life of Pi

OK, so I am half way through this and so far I am VERY intrigued! My husband slipped up and told me a bit more about this book that I would have discovered myself several chapters later in the book. Fortunately, this information has made me even more fascinated! So, this is what I can tell you so far. Pi is a young boy from India, his family owned a zoo, and he loves the study of religion. He is seeking the one true God. Due to circumstances beyond his control his family decides to sell the zoo and move to Canada. They leave on a cargo ship, with family and all sorts of wild animals when disaster strikes. I wish someone else was reading this now so we could chat about it! I am simply engrossed in this book and don't want to get out!
